Export your own records, any time, without asking
Ecole is school ERP software in Gachibowli, Hyderabad: school management software that lets a school keep and export its own records, from a school software company based in Hyderabad. A school can export its own student and fee records at any time, by itself, without asking Ecole first and without being charged for it. Export is not limited to a single handover done once; a school can pull its own records as often as it needs, whether that is a termly check or ahead of a decision about where its data lives next. Nothing about pulling that export requires opening a support ticket or waiting for a reply.
A log of who looked, and who changed what
Every change to a record is logged: who changed what, and when. Opening a child's record or their fee ledger is logged too, not only editing it. A correspondent or principal who wants to know who looked at a particular student's file has an answer, rather than a shrug.
This log is not a feature a school has to switch on. It runs from the day a school goes live, covering every account with access, so a question about who opened a particular record months ago still has an answer months later.
Support access that expires by itself
When JalsaX support staff need to look at a school's data to help with a problem, that access is a grant created for the purpose, and it expires on its own: four hours by default, never more than eight, enforced at the database level rather than by a promise to switch it off later. A banner shows on every signed-in screen for as long as that access is active, and a school can see, at Settings, Access, exactly who held it and when.
This is the same rule wherever Ecole runs: access is created for a reason, timed automatically, and visible to the school the whole time it is active. Nobody, including JalsaX's own staff, holds a standing login into a school's data.
Onboarding in person, hosted in India
A school in or around Gachibowli is onboarded in person, the same as anywhere else: your registers and spreadsheets come first, entered by us, checked by your own class teachers. The database sits in AWS's Mumbai region and the application runs from Vercel's Mumbai region.
