School ERP software in Uppal, Hyderabad, for moving off paper registers

A school moving off paper registers should not have to trust a new system on day one. Ecole runs alongside your existing registers for a full term first.

We put the data in, you do not retype anything

Ecole is school ERP software in Uppal, Hyderabad: school management software for a school moving off paper registers, from a school software company based in Hyderabad. Moving off paper starts with what you already have: admission registers, attendance registers, the fee spreadsheet, last year's mark sheets, in whatever form they are in. We collect them and put the data into Ecole ourselves. Admission numbers come across exactly as they already are; nobody in your office is asked to retype a school's worth of records into a new numbering scheme.

Where a record is unclear, we check it with your office before entering it, rather than guessing, because a school's own history is not ours to edit.

Every class teacher checks their own section, line by line

Once the data is in, every class teacher gets a printed list of their own section and checks it, name by name. A class teacher is the person most likely to notice a missing or misspelled name, so that is who checks it, not an office assistant working from a spreadsheet they did not write.

The check happens before a single day of live attendance is taken on Ecole, not after a term has already gone by on data nobody verified.

One term, both systems, registers stay in charge

For a full term, your paper registers stay the record that counts, and Ecole runs alongside them rather than replacing them outright. The switch happens only at the end of that term, once it has reconciled clean against the registers, and never partway through one. A school that stops trusting its old registers halfway through a term, with nothing solid to replace them, has been done a disservice, and this is built specifically to avoid that.

Fees and marks move the same way as attendance: the old fee register and mark sheets stay the reference for that term, and Ecole's own numbers are checked against them rather than assumed correct because they came out of a computer.

Onboarding in person, hosted in India

This whole process happens in person for a school in or around Uppal, starting at your office with your actual registers, not over email. The database sits in AWS's Mumbai region and the application runs from Vercel's Mumbai region. Call or WhatsApp +91 93920 94201 to talk about which term to start the dual run in. A school does not need every register perfectly tidy before starting; that is exactly the job onboarding does.

Questions about this

Do we have to retype our old registers ourselves?

No. Ecole's team collects your admission registers, attendance registers, fee spreadsheet and last mark sheets, in whatever form they are in, and puts the data in. Admission numbers come across exactly as they already are, without a new numbering scheme.

How long do we run paper registers alongside Ecole?

For a full term. Your existing registers stay the record that counts during that term, and the switch to Ecole alone happens only once that term has reconciled clean against them, never partway through a term, regardless of how confident the numbers look earlier.

Who checks that the data was entered correctly?

Every class teacher, for their own section. Each one gets a printed list of their section and checks it name by name, because a class teacher is the person most likely to notice a missing or misspelled name, not an office assistant working from a spreadsheet.
