Onboarding is a sequence, not a form filled in once and set aside. Here is what actually happens, in order, mostly at a desk rather than over email:
- We collect what you already have, in whatever form it is in: admission registers, attendance registers, the fee spreadsheet, last year's mark sheets.
- We put the data into Ecole ourselves. Your admission numbers come across exactly as they already are; nobody retypes them into a new numbering scheme.
- Every class teacher gets a printed list of their own section and checks it, name by name, before anyone relies on it for daily attendance.
- Your registers stay the authority for a full term while Ecole runs alongside them. We switch over at a term boundary, once that term has reconciled clean, never in the middle of one.
None of this is handed to a school to do by itself. We put the data in; your own teachers check it.
What a visit actually shows you
A visit is the quickest way to see the parts that matter: a subject teacher's marks grid refusing a mark above the maximum, a fee counter issuing a receipt with a number that cannot repeat, and a principal's dashboard updating without anyone running a report.
