A school ERP dashboard that does not wait for a report
Ecole's principal dashboard shows collections, dues and attendance live, as they stand at that moment, rather than as a spreadsheet somebody assembles once a week. There is no report to request and no accountant to interrupt for a number the software already has.
This is academic administration software built to be read standing up, between two other things, not a monthly export opened once a term.
A principal glancing at the dashboard between two meetings sees the same three numbers a correspondent might ask for over the phone: what has come in, what is still owed, and which sections have marked attendance today. None of it needs a special request to the office.
Exam schemes for Telangana State (SSC) and CBSE ship as presets a school checks and edits before its first report card of the year. That review is administrative work, and it sits inside the same login as the dashboard, not in a separate system.
One login per role
A principal's login sees the whole school: collections, dues, attendance, and every approval waiting on a decision. A class teacher, a subject teacher, an accountant, the school admin or correspondent, and the front office each get their own scoped access to the parts of Ecole their job actually touches, rather than one shared password everyone uses. A new admission mid-year keeps the school's own existing numbering, the same as every student already on the roll.

Sections that have not taken attendance today
A principal sees which sections have not marked attendance today, by name, without asking a class teacher to check for themselves. A section running behind shows up the same morning, not weeks later while an attendance return is being prepared.
This does not replace a class teacher's own view of their section; it means a principal is not waiting for somebody to mention it in the staff room before the day is half over.
Approving concessions and corrections that need a principal
An accountant can grant the rule-based fee concessions on their own: staff ward, sibling, RTE. A merit or discretionary concession is different. It needs a principal or correspondent to approve it, and the approval carries a reason against the student's record.
That keeps the decision, and the reason for it, sitting next to the family's fee record where the next person to look will actually find it, rather than in an email thread or a diary note that will not be there next year.
An accountant can also correct their own fee entry, but only on the day they recorded it. A correction asked for after that day needs a principal, and it is logged like any other change, so the ledger always shows who touched what and when.
Promotion, and closing a year for good
At year end, a principal runs promotion section by section: promote most of the section, mark a student detained, given a transfer certificate, or dropped, individually where that applies, review the whole list, then commit it.
Once a year is closed, it becomes permanently read-only. Nobody, including us, edits a closed year after it is committed.
Who changed what, and who looked
Every change in Ecole is logged: who changed a fee entry, who corrected an attendance record, who opened a child's fee ledger or academic record, the same record a class teacher marks attendance against every morning. A principal is not reconstructing this from memory when a parent asks who saw what.
When JalsaX support genuinely needs access to your data, it is a grant created on demand, not a standing password. It expires by itself, and a banner shows on every signed-in screen for as long as it is active. At Settings, Access, a principal can see who held that access and when.
Your school's data is kept isolated at the database layer from every other school on Ecole, and JalsaX runs automated tests that check no school can read another school's records before any release goes out. Your school gets its own address, yourschool.ecole-erp.com, and both the database and the application run from India, in AWS's and Vercel's Mumbai regions.
Getting your data out
Student and fee records export whenever you ask, without a fee and without asking us for permission first. These school administration tools are yours to leave with, in full, on the day you decide to.
This is not a courtesy reserved for the day a relationship ends. A principal can pull the same export on an ordinary Tuesday, for a governing body meeting or a record of their own, at no extra cost and without writing to us first.
